"Great Insurance Agent! A shout out to Pete Giancola State Farm Insurance Agent in Deephaven. We've had State farm for 30 years and have always had good service. Pete has been our agent for the past dozen years and has always been friendly and very helpful. We just had windshield damage on our 2018 Hyundai Sonata, which has all the safety sensors and such. So besides having to have the windshield replaced, a recalibration of the sensors behind the windshield is required. State Farm uses a third party Link Systems to administer glass claims..... and they and Hopkins Auto Body hit an impasse over the costs of the recalibration. After a few weeks of back and forth between them, I got involved, and spoke with State Farm claims, who transferred me to Link. No resolution, after over an hour of quality on hold music. I asked Pete for some help. Within 20 minutes in his office, he spoke with State Farm, Link and Hopkins Auto Body, then he cut me a check for the full amount of the recalibration and said he would resolve all the details. No fuss, no muss, no forms to fill out, just great service. Nice to have the chance to recognize good service."
